Life Coaching and Business Coaching can be undertaken face-to-face or by phone. Most, but not all, of our coaching is face to face. Some clients prefer a phone session - the degree of interaction and success can be surprisingly high using this method. Using the phone enables coaching to take place anywhere in the world at any time convenient to the client. Sessions are usually held weekly and generally last 45 minutes, but can be longer if required. E-mail support is offered between sessions - this is included at no extra charge. Group Coaching is also delivered for teams, and can result in powerful shifts within companies and organisations.
