• Changes are required
  The coalition government are attempting to formulate a newer policy to tackle the huge European and Global financial challenges, further change is required and change is inevitable! As we said a while ago, and its even clearer now, the world does not stand still - and we all need our views and ideas to be challenged. And that keeps us healthy and it keeps us sharp.
• With that in mind, how do you keep your thinking sharp and fresh? I make no apology for once again plugging the book "You can be as young as you think" by Tim Drake and the ever youthful Chris Middleton.

• My tip for Winter
  This year has revealed new and largely unpredicted twists in the impact of the economy in our everyday lives. Should we fear change, perversely embrace it, or pragmatically choose to be creative to make the most of its unpredictability?
  What changes in our work or personal lives could we choose to grasp in order to shape our own destiny, rather than be carried with the tide? It is our choice as to which mind set we choose to take with any topic. So let's get creative!
  Just how much better could that make things?
