Karen holds a Management Sciences degree (BSc Hons) and a Diploma in Group Facilitation (Emotional Intelligence). She is a certified counsellor (CCST) and a certified coach (Results Coaching Systems, Australia). She has also received a “Mastery in Coaching” from Newfield Network, USA (which is accredited by the International Coach Federation). In 2009, she trained as a coaching supervisor overseeing the work of other coaches.
