Liz is a business coach with a passion for staff development. She specialises in working with middle and senior managers, helping them to get the best out of themselves and their teams - achieving organisational success and kick-starting leadership careers.

Liz has firsthand experience of working and managing in both the public and private sector, enabling her to quickly relate to the challenges facing modern organisations.


Her practical approach ensures identified solutions can genuinely be implemented in the workplace.

Background

Liz spent several years nursing and managing in the NHS before moving into a field-based sales and marketing role in the Healthcare Industry. From here she progressed to Sales and Marketing and then UK Training and Development Manager for a large global dialysis company.


The skills which she developed during her nursing career enable her to build strong working relationships quickly. Her sound commercial background ensures that she is not afraid to challenge her corporate clients to seize their potential and heighten their performance.


Liz is an active member of the Association for Coaching and chairs the West Yorkshire Co-coaching forum as well as being a Regional Co-coaching Forum Manger. Liz is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and an Associate Tutor for Personal Development on the full time and distance learning MBA programmes at Bradford University School of Management.
